Only by email but very helpful and useful information!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home and its surroundings! We hiked around the property, enjoyed swinging on the swing, rocked on the porch, and loved hearing the running stream across the street! We were also very close to our destination, Tweetsie. The entry into the home using the keypad was very easy and we loved not having to make a stop to pick up/drop off keys. The home was very clean and comfortable. We felt very at home at Stonehaven. We enjoyed the hot tub and also having the wifi access! Thank you!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. It was absolutely immaculate and we enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing on the patio. We would definitely stay there again and also recommend the home to others. We received some of the best service ever from Carolina Cabin Rentals. We rent usually at least three times a year from either a rental company or VRBO. We have rented in Florida, Mexico and lots of places in the southeast. So thank you for the wonderful service. We really enjoyed our time in Boone. The house was very nice and comfortable. We loved the location of this property as it was so close to a lot of areas we visit. We thought you did a great job of communicating with us about the house and the area.

We got back home and finally got unpacked after a really relaxing weekend. It was easy to find your offices and picking up/dropping off the key was a snap. We go to Boone every Oct. and we'll definitely look at staying there again. This was our 9th year in the high country, and we've never stayed at the same place twice. I guess we like to mix it up and experience new places. But the location is hard to beat! (Oct. 2011)

The cabin was really adorable, and we had a lot of fun over the weekend! The location was great, the mountains were beautiful. We spent one afternoon in the hot tub, and it was just such a surreal experience - clear blue skies, looking straight into the woods w/ the mountains above, completely secluded, it was just such a special day, and I'll never forget it!
