The dining room, located just off the living room, has seating for six, with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are sure to delight the chef in the group. Grill veggies or burgers on the gas or charcoal grills and enjoy a meal at the picnic table on the covered porch. The expansive wraparound porch features log swings and rocking chairs where guests can take in the marvelous long-range views. The lower level is home to an entertainment room where the whole family can gather for a game of foosball or ping-pong, or watch a movie while relaxing on the leather couches. The patio off the lower level also has rocking chairs to relax and take in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy the fire pit and share stories while roasting marshmallows for smores.

The lower level has a fourth bedroom with sleeping for four guests in a queen bed and two twins. There is an additional full bathroom for guests to access.
Additional amenities include wifi, central heating and air, and a washer and dryer. The living room and entertainment room have Roku TVs for guests to log into their own streaming accounts. The master bedroom and two queen bedroom TVs are antenna only. The house is accessed via a gravel road, and steep gravel driveway. There is ample parking in the gravel parking area.
