Welcome to Blowing Rock Retreat!
Blowing Rock Retreat is a spacious 4BR/4.5BA home in Blowing Rock with incredible mountain views. Just 2 miles away, Westglow Resort and Spa is a top-rated luxury spa for a pampering excursion. Access to the Blue Ridge Parkway is also 2 miles away, with hiking opportunities, beautiful overlooks, waterfalls to explore, and more. Vx3 trail rides are the perfect way to see Bass Lake and the Moses Cone Manor by horse, and this is within 4 miles of Blowing Rock Retreat. The town of Blowing Rock is 5 miles away and has delicious restaurants, many exciting weekend events, and convenient grocery stores and gas stations. The gas fireplace and HDTV center the living room, with plenty of cozy leather seating. The well-equipped kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, and opens to the dining room, with seating for eight.
The king master bedroom is on the main level and a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom for the main level. Upstairs, there is a queen bedroom that has a private balcony with a porch swing that overlooks the sweeping, mountain views. A second queen bedroom is also located upstairs. Both queen rooms have a private full bathroom.
Downstairs, the entertainment room is sure to provide lots of family fun! There is a pool table for a game of billiards, along with a huge projector screen theater area. Comfy seating converts in a pullout couch, for an additional sleeping area. There is also a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.
