The cozy master suite with jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanity is located on the top floor, while the main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The lower floor houses the 4th bedroom and an additional full bathroom.
Granite countertops, a second living room, a picnic table on the main deck, a second deck on the lower level with a new hot tub, and a large outdoor fire pit create flexible areas for your group to enjoy. All roads are paved in the community right up to the level gravel driveway.
Conveniently located about 15 minutes to Boone and West Jefferson, with access to fantastic restaurants, local shopping, gas, and groceries.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date.
Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. But you may recover the entire amount if travel insurance was purchased and the reason for the cancellation was covered.
