Take advantage of High Country adventure at Appalachian Ski Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity Adventures, and Mystery Hill. The cabin is less than eight miles from Boone and Appalachian State University, home to local shopping, dining, and Boone Golf Course. The quaint Valle Crucis Community is sixteen minutes away, where guests will find the historic Original Mast General Store and the riverside Valle Crucis Community Park.

Hardwood floors throughout the open living area give the room a light, cozy feeling. The living room has comfortable furniture around a wood-burning stone fireplace. Curl up in front of the fire after a day of hiking or skiing and watch a favorite movie or game on the HDTV. The dining area, with seating for six, and kitchen are open to the living area, so guests can easily visit while preparing a meal. The covered porch, accessed from the living room, spans the length of the home and offers rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the cool mountain air and views. Relax around the fire table and share stories of your mountain adventures. Downstairs, the game room will be a favorite gathering place as guests play a friendly game of pool, or watch the big game on the TV equipped with YouTube TV. The lower deck is home to the hot tub, where you can unwind at the end of the day.
