Welcome to Holiday Cottage!
Holiday Cottage is a charming mountain cabin located in the Lakes Community on Seven Devils, situated centrally between Boone and Banner Elk. Within the Lakes Community, there are two ponds that guests can fish in, with the proper license. A short one-mile drive will bring you to Otter Falls Trail, a beautiful hike with views and a waterfall. The Seven Devils Town Park is also about one mile away, and offers basketball, tennis, pickle ball and a playground. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines is less than ten minutes away, and is sure to delight guests of all ages. A short fifteen minute drive will take you to Sugar Mountain Resort or Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Enjoy live music at Grandfather Winery, only six minutes away. Want to take a walk across the famous mile high bridge? Grandfather Mountain is twenty minutes down the road.

Downstairs, the pool table is waiting for a friendly pool tournament. Outside on the patio, the hot tub offers the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking at Otter Falls or shopping in Banner Elk.

There is a full bathroom off the hallway. Upstairs, the loft bedroom has sleeping for four in two queen beds and a full private bathroom. Note - the loft bedroom does not have a door. The lower level can sleep up to five guests in the queen bedroom, and bunkbeds in the common game area. There is an additional full bathroom on the lower level.
Additional amenities include Wifi, baseboard heat, and a washer and dryer. The TVs are setup for guests to login to their own streaming services. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Pets are not permitted at this cabin. The gravel parking area is level, and can accommodate up to three vehicles. AWD or 4WD are recommended for winter travelers.
