Welcome to Little Boulder Cabin!
Little Boulder Cabin is a 3-level log cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Little Boulder is nicely outfitted with granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen, numerous new light fixtures and fans, updated bathrooms, heating and air conditioning, a new hot tub, a pool table, and lots of recent custom woodwork including a gorgeous new mantle, new bathroom mirror framing, a foyer shelf, kitchen shelving, and a spectacular, rough-sawn, heart pine desktop slab. Little Boulder provides a warm and cozy cabin with a rustic feel and is equipped with all of the important amenities and essentials.The property is located on Seven Devils, only a mile and a half from the trails to Otter Falls and the Seven Devils town park, playground, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplines is 3 miles away. Little Boulder Cabin is an easy walk to any of three different ponds in which guests can fish, and around which guests can picnic, walk, hike, and more. The town of Banner Elk is about 9 miles away, and both Boone and Blowing Rock are both about 12 miles away. The village of Valle Crucis with the original Mast General Store and the Valle Crucis park is less than 10 miles away. It is 6 miles to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. It is approximately 15 miles to both Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Appalachian Ski Mountain. Tweetsie Railroad is right at 15 miles, and Grandfather Mountain is only about 10 miles. The Watauga River is less than 3 miles away, and both the New River and Watauga Lake are within 30 miles. Linville Falls and Linville Caverns are both about 22 miles away. Shopping, dining, hiking, walking, and lots more are conveniently close by.

The great room offers comfy leather furniture centered around a large HD Smart TV and a wood-burning, stone fireplace with a custom, live edge mantle and log columns. Walk out to the covered rear deck to enjoy the hot tub and seasonal mountain views, cook on the gas grill, and dine al fresco. The rear porch wraps around to an open side deck with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace with rocking chairs and other outdoor seating.
Also on the main level is a bedroom with a king-size bed, an HD Smart TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. Upstairs features the master suite with a king-size bed, an HD Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a separate shower.
