Sugar Mountain Tree House Description
Welcome to Sugar Mountain Tree House!
This charming space is located on Sugar Mountain, less than one mile from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, offering winter favorites such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. The resort transitions to mountain bike trails, chair lift rides, festivals, concerts, and more in the summer. The town of Banner Elk is 10 minutes away, providing access to shopping and favorite local restaurants. Conveniently located within 15 minutes are the Wilderness Run Alpine Roller Coaster, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, Banner Elk Winery, and Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course. There are plenty of activities to experience at Sugar Mountain Tree House.
Nestled in the woods, Sugar Mountain Tree House is a three-level home with a sleeping area on each level, providing space and privacy. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. Upstairs is a comfortable queen bedroom with a private bathroom, and the lower level queen bedroom will share the main floor half bath and the master bedroom ensuite bathroom.
A bright, cozy living space, kitchen, and dining space for six make a wonderful getaway to the mountains. Wifi, central heat and air, and a washer and dryer provide all the comforts of home. YouTube TV is provided. Guests are encouraged to prepare for inclement weather in winter months with 4WD or AWD vehicles and tire chains.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
