Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.

- The garage is not available for guest use.
- Copperleaf has convenient paved access all the way to the driveway. NO MORE THAN 4 CARS ALLOWED AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE STREET.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
