Welcome to Evergreen On Main in the Heart of Downtown Blowing Rock!
Evergreen On Main is a dream getaway spot in the heart of popular downtown Blowing Rock. With two balconies, two bedrooms, two baths, and a spacious great room overlooking the action in the center of the village. Find yourself close to restaurants, cafe's, shopping, and parks all within steps from this elevator building constructed in 2020.
The spacious great room has a wall of window revealing the charming street scene below. An attractive stone fireplace with a big flat-screen TV above are focal points for the comfortable contemporary seating area. Adjacent to the living room is a window-flanked dining area with a round table and chairs. The state-of-the-art galley kitchen with a granite-topped bar with stools and granite counters with custom cabinets is fully equipped. Nearby is a bedroom with a private balcony, king-sized bed, side tables, and a generous storage chest. The condo offers central heat and air, wifi, and guests can log into their personal streaming accounts on any of the three TV's. One Dog is allowed to be included with a reservation, additional pet fees apply.
