Beech Mountain Club
Guests with a reservation at Fore The View are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
- BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
- Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
- Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
- A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
- Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
- Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Carolina Cabin Rentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
