Rustlers Ridge Description
Welcome to Rusters Ridge!
This perfect Banner Elk location offers seclusion and privacy while having convenient access to the High Country's activities and attractions. Just minutes outside of the quaint mountain town of Banner Elk which has local favorite restaurants, antique stores, galleries, parks and grocery stores, Rusters Ridge is also less than 15 minutes from Sugar Mountain Resort and Beech Mountain Resort, both which offer actives all year round. From skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating, to mountain biking, golfing and seasonal events, there are fun activities to enjoy with a fabulous cabin to return to.
Rustlers Ridge is a three level cabin with a comfortable mountain atmosphere. The main floor features leather furniture, warm wood interior, wood burning fire place, a big screen TV and plenty of natural light from the many windows. The mountain views can be enjoyed from the main level deck while grilling on the gas grill and dining outdoors, a soak in the hot tub on the lower level deck or enjoying a marshmallow roast at the outdoor wood burning fire pit. The nicely stocked open kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless appliances and is adjacent to the dining area.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level with a king bed, gas fireplace and ensuite bathroom. A queen guest bedroom is located on the main level with access to the deck and the jack-and-jill bathroom. Downstairs guests will feel comfortable in the den while lounging together on the plush sectional couch next to the gas log fireplace or engaging in a fun game of billiards. The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds which are nicely divided by a wall of curtains.
All five TV's include spectrum service in addition to Roku guest mode to log into personal streaming accounts for entertainment. The lower and main level have central heating and air conditioning while the upper level has separate baseboard heat and no air conditioning. Rustlers Ridge provides wonderful technology with an high speed internet, an X-box, Sonos Surround and Airplay speakers, and Amazon Echos. Pair the technology with 6 plus acres of surrounding mountains to explore, it the perfect mix of mountain getaway and comforts of home. Guests with electric cars will be delighted with the E.V. charger located to the left of the front porch.
