Cancellation Policies

Carolina Cabin Rentals offers several cancellation policy types depending on the home you select.
Please review the policy that applies to your reservation. In all policies, the refund amount and percentage is calculated on all funds collected to date.

Travel insurance provides valuable protection by reimbursing you for a wide range of covered events,
offering added peace of mind and financial security for your trip. 

Relaxed Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund of the rental amount.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the amount paid to date.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Moderate Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 30 days or more before check-in for a full refund of the rental amount.
  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the amount paid to date.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Firm Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 60 days or more before check-in for a full refund of the rental amount.
  • Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the amount paid to date.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Strict Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 60 days or more before check-in for a full refund of the rental amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.

No-Refund Cancellation Policy

  • This reservation is non-refundable once booked.
  • No refunds will be issued at any time or for any reason.

 

 

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel insurance reimburses you for many unexpected covered events such as illness, weather delays,
travel interruptions, and more. We strongly recommend adding travel insurance during checkout to protect your trip.
