The home has hot water on demand from a tankless water heater fed from a mountain spring. Amenities include wifi, 4 Smart TVs to stream your accounts, a secluded covered porch with rocking chairs, and proximity to the Yonohlossee picnic area and playground. Please note there are exterior security cameras at the front and back doors.
