Located conveniently between Boone and Blowing Rock, Havenwood is private and naturally beautiful—a perfect retreat for families and groups.

Main Level – Open Living & Easy Comfort

Enter through the private entrance into a bright and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, creating a lovely space to prepare any meal with ease. Gather around the dining table that seats six, plus four additional seats at the bar.

This level also includes a spacious king suite with a private ensuite bath—perfect for guests who seek main-level convenience.

Outdoor Living – Your Private Creekside Escape

Havenwood’s three-tiered back decks offer a standout feature, providing a tranquil setting with the soothing sounds of the brook. Sip coffee, relax in lounge chairs, or enjoy the hot tub while surrounded by nature. You can also explore the creek below for mountain treasures like crawdads.

On the upper level, a second king suite invites comfort and relaxation, featuring:
