Welcome to Sparrow at Chetola Resort, an upscale mountain retreat located within the beautiful Chetola Resort in the heart of Blowing Rock. Perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure, this luxury home is just moments away from charming shops, restaurants, parks, and the storybook atmosphere of downtown Blowing Rock.

Spend your days strolling around the scenic lake, exploring downtown boutiques, or unwinding with a treatment at the renowned Chetola Spa. Enjoy dinner and seasonal live entertainment at Timberlake's Restaurant, all conveniently located within the resort. Guests may also purchase day passes directly from Chetola for access to select resort amenities; please contact Chetola Resort for current availability and pricing.

Inside Sparrow, polished mountain charm meets comfort and sophistication, offering a spacious multi-level floor plan featuring four king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom for exceptional privacy and comfort. The spa-like bathrooms feature custom-tiled showers and upscale finishes to enhance your stay.

The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living space framed by a stunning wall of windows that fills the home with natural light and offers peaceful lake views. Relax around the stacked stone gas fireplace, gather for meals in the spacious dining area, or prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, lake views, and a convenient gas grill. Just outside the house, guests will also find a community charcoal grill and picnic area.

The main level features two king suites. The primary suite offers deck access, a TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The second king bedroom also includes a TV and a private ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs, you'll find two additional king suites providing even more space to spread out. The lower-level primary suite features its own gas fireplace, TV, and private ensuite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom includes a large TV and another beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom.

Additional Notes:

- No pets allowed.
- Please limit parking to two vehicles in the two marked parking spaces provided.
- Guests enter through the resort guardhouse; no gate code is required for check-in.
- Exterior security cameras are in place for safety purposes only: one doorbell camera at the front entry and a second exterior camera monitoring the kitchen-side entrance and the downstairs exterior entry area.
